As a businesswoman and owner of Naked as a Jaybird, Jay Wilcox was attempting to promote her business on the Internet and needed a brand and a brand plan. Her passion – to help people enjoy soft, healthy skin like she has achieved for herself. The challenge was to develop a brand to stand out from the crowd. The branding strategy started with building the foundation for internet reach. A character as a spokesman was created to strengthen the brand’s personality.
